Chocolate Kisses Shake

This morning I woke up with a sweet tooth and decided to make myself a smoothie. I really wanted a chocolate smoothie so I threw a bunch of yummy ingredients into the blender and ended up with a super delicious shake! The “shake” was so thick but I used absolutely no ice cream :D ! So here is my fake shake (haha that rhymes) recipe!


  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup frozen greek yogurt (I used Chobani’s non-fat vanilla)
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein or vitamin powder (I used Nature’s Bounty vitamin shake mix)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 3 hershey kisses (chocolate chips are fine)


The night before:

  1. Chop up one banana and put in the freezer
  2. Put one cup of greek yogurt into the freezer

That day:

  1. Pour frozen banana slices into the blender
  2. Microwave yogurt for ten seconds (helps to get yogurt out of the container)
  3. Squeeze yogurt into blender (should fall out of container but retains the container’s shape)
  4. Throw in 1 scoop of protein powder/vitamin mix into blender and hershey kisses
  5. Pour in milk
  6. Blend
  7. Enjoy!
