This morning I woke up to see that it was snowing. Sadly, the snow looked pretty pathetic… but at least it is something! Later in the afternoon, one of my friends (and teammate-Katie) came over to our house. Ash received a phone call for a job interview yesterday, so we waited for Ash to finish her interview and we hit the mall.

Before hitting the mall, we stopped at Portillos.

I always order the same thing when I go to Portillos, the chopped salad, so I decided to be crazy and try something new. After taking 10 minutes to figure out what I wanted, I decided upon a spinach Panini. I forgot what the actual name of it was… but it was actually really good! It had spinach, caramelized onions, tomatoes, some kind of cheese, and turkey. It was probably not healthy… but it sure was delicious
