School and crew have been keeping me super busy, so here is a super quick post.

Here are my recent eats:

Ok so after Monday’s 6k, I had been a little stressed about practice. I know that I only missed my PR by .1 but it scared me a little. I guess I was afraid that I would not be able to improve anymore this year. Wednesday’s practice was pretty easy. We did a workout called The Big Easy (hahaha NOLA) , which is 40 minutes at 6k+10 (easier pace than a 6k). Today’s workout on the other hand… not so easy. I was really dreading today’s workout at school, but I managed to do well. We did 12 x 2:30 mins (at 6k – 1 to 1.5) which was super tiring. I was tired during the first 2 mins! Somehow I managed to beat my PR. Now, I am feeling a lot better about my next 6k. I am still nervous for it (as usual), but I feel like I still have some room for improvement :)
