Hey everyone! I hope that you all are keeping up with those New Year’s resolutions! This afternoon my mom and I picked up my sister and had lunch at Stir Crazy. I love being able to throw a ton of veggies into a bowl and still have them taste amazing!
Rather than having my veggies fried in oil, I always ask for them to be cooked with water. I always get strange looks when making that request, but I would rather feel good about my veggies
I also got an interesting fortune cookie. I guess I will have gold pieces by the bushel!
After lunch, my mom and I took Kaylie and Cody to the dog park. We haven’t been there for a long time, due to Garth’s grumpiness, so it was nice going back! It was also Kaylie and Cody’s first time at the dog park.
Later, my family went skating at an outdoor rink. I guess that is a perk of living in Chicago during the winter! It was so cold that my fingers hurt despite wearing gloves.
It was so much fun being able to skate outdoors with my family. My mom was even able to knock a little kid over! Well… not really… the kid ran into her and fell. But it makes a good story! I also loved the pretty lights!
After skating, we ate dinner at a restaurant next to the rink.
My mom and I split a veggie wrap for dinner. The wrap was pretty good… but I felt that the guacamole was not. It had too much lime. Then again… I always compare other guacamoles to my own
I do make a mean guacamole
I finished my day with an easy workout (30 mins). I spent 20 mins running and erging and 10 doing weights. After working out, I watched some super cheesy movie (Delta Force) with my family. The movie absolutely sucked. No joke. Sorry if I have offended any of you!

What did you all do today?
Have you taken your dog/dogs to a dog park?

You would think your dinner request would be more common… It actually should be more common! I haven’t been skating in forever. I’m not even sure if I could do it anymore!

Oh dannnnnnng all your food looks so delicious!! And I loooove love carrots, broccoli and very chewy hearty vegetables so it’s my fave when it’s all over my food too.
